Refund Policy

Digital Downloads:  
No digital product is eligible for a refund. Upon your purchase you are automatically sent your files to download, and since I cannot remove them from your computer, the purchase is final sale. Please carefully review your purchase before completing payment.


Paperback Resources: 
All sales are final. 

In the event of a resource arriving damaged and unusable, a replacement may be requested. A picture of the damaged resource will be needed to determine if a replacement is needed.

In the email, please provide:

  • order #
  • reason for request
  • pictures of the book's condition
