Shipping Policy

Shipment:

Shipping only to USA. For international orders, you can download the PDF version of each study or check Amazon to see if the printed book is available in your region.

Physical orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders purchased with media mail shipping generally take 2-8 business days. If first class or priority mail is selected at check out, then shipping will take approximately 3 business days. Any orders that ship with free shipping will be sent via media mail. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Once a package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email provided at checkout. Tracking can take 24 hours to update in the system. 

Lost / Stolen Packages

Truth & Grace Publishing is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If an item is lost in transit, I will do my best to help relocate it. If a package shows delivered via the tracking #, but did not arrive, the buyer will need to submit a claim with the mail carrier. 

I will do my best to help resolve any delivery issues, but ultimately cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
